Cancellation Policy
Life happens! If you need to cancel or reschedule your appointment, please let me know as soon as possible by text, phone call, or email.
Clients who do not show up for their appointment without any notice (no-call, no-show) will have all future appointments canceled and will be required to pay for the missed service before booking again. Please note that canceled future appointments are not guaranteed to still be available when you are eligible to rebook.
Rebooking after a no-call, no-show is at my sole discretion, and I reserve the right to decline future appointments.
